I-765 Do I have to file it.

Question:

If I am not going to work before I get my Green Card do I have to file the I-765 (Authorization to work form) with the I-485?

Answer:

If you have no plans to work before your Green Card you do not have to file it at all. This will not affect your approval. When you get your Green Card this will give you authorization to work anyway.

K-1 Visa Information

How long must I know my fiance before we can apply for a K-1 visa? The way the regulation reads is this. You must have physically met with your fiance within two year period. I think it would be a good idea to have had a relationship for six months or more online before you meet in person. Remember there will be an interview so this will look much better to the person giving the interview than if you would only know each other for a month. You may get more information here

Good luck if we can help you just leave a commit here.
