There are some hotels for example in Cocoa Beach that are set up for beach weddings and receptions it really depends on how much money you want to spend on your wedding. We can go to the beach and marry you at sunrise or sunset like I said before it just depends on how much you have budgeted for your wedding. You don't have to go to the beach as there are many lakes around Orlando that you may get married at the other day I did one at a ski club near Disney it was set up by the bride and groom and was real nice. Scams

Let us face it there are many scams in this world. Many people never work they just sit at home trying to figure out an easy way to get your money. Yesterday on the news I watch the story about a lady being scammed at Walmart. She use the ATM to withdraw cash apparently two men were watching her as she went to her car they approached her and asked her if she was a Christian and believe in giving to the church. She said yes and they ask her for a donation to their church. It was hot so they suggested that they sit in her car to discuss it! Can you believe she said yes my God you never let a stranger into your car. To make a long story short they scammed her for $400 can you believe this come on people you have to look out for yourself. I feel bad for this woman but how stupid can you be since when do people collect for the church at Walmart. It is the Easter season also the scam season for vulnerable people like this poor woman. So be on your toes people and be aware of your surroundings.

Olbermann returning your kidding me!

Keith Olbermann is returning to cable with a new show. Olbermann and MSNBC parted ways in January it has never been explained why. I was glad to see him go from the network he was a hatemonger and a bully so when he left the show it was a blessing. He now pops up on the cable operation Current TV this was co-founded by Al Gore. Olbermann will produced and host the show. He says it will be the same type of show just new and improved. I hope so as his show on MSNBC did not have very good ratings. I don't think it will make any difference because who watches Current TV network. The series is due to premiere later this spring so to the hundred or so people who watch this network you must be excited. I don't think Fox or Bill O'Reilly have anything to worry about do you? I can't think of any two people better suited for each other than Keith Olbermann and Al Gore both are losers.

National do not call registry.

Like you I have been bombarded with unwanted telemarketing calls. There is something you can do about this the federal government and most state governments have taken action to reduce the amount of these types of annoyances. You can put an end to many of these annoying calls. You may register with the national do not call registry. This really works as I have done it myself once registered telemarketers are not allowed to call you.

One exception to the do not call law is that companies with whom you have a business relationship can still call you. This means that if you placed an order with a company they can call you endlessly with special offers. You must ask them to be put on their do not call list. If they refuse and you prefer not to talk with them at all, you can then send them a notice that you do not wish to be called. Use the request to stop telephone solicitation to do this.

Notaries

A notary public is empowered by the state to administer various oaths and to testify to the genuineness of signatures. The notary will verify the identity of the signer and affirm in writing that the person signing the document is who he or she claims.

Some people think that having a document notarized makes it legal. It does not. A contract signed by two people without a notary is in most cases perfectly legal.

Fraud

If you purchased a painting at a yard sale knowing that the painting was done by one of the old Masters and is worth a lot of money. Is it fraud to fail to disclose the information to the seller? It is not fraud the law of contracts does not require either party to disclose everything they know about the subject matter except in limited circumstances. A mistake by only one party is not enough to make a contract unenforceable. If purchaser of the garage sale painting knows it is worth a lot of money but the seller does not this is just a mistake of fact. It is fraud if one party has misrepresented facts about the subject matter. When the misrepresentation is made with the intention of deceiving the other party about the subject matter.

Immigration form I – 485

I – 485 is is used by a person who is in the United States to apply for US citizenship. Also to adjust to permanent resident status or register for permanent residence.

Persons who are not eligible to adjust their status.
If you entered the United States as a immigrant crew member.
If you were not admitted following inspection by an immigration officer.
Your authorized visit expired before you filed this application.
You were employed in the United States without authorization prior to filing this application.

You must file your application with the following evidence.
Birth certificate.
Passport with an immigrant visa.
Photos.
Fingerprints.
Police clearance.
Medical exam.
