What is malicious mischief? This is an act done with malice that destroys or injuries the property of another. There are different types and grades of offenses. These are the necessary elements of the crime:

1) The property must belong to another either real or personal.

2)The property must be damaged or destroyed.

3) The act of injury must be done with malice.

The Case Of The Chiong Sisters

Rape, Murder, and Kidnapping

That was the fate of the Chiong sisters in the Philippines. While they were waiting for a ride home, the sisters were abducted in a van by seven young men. Davidson Vallente Rusia state turned witness recounted the abduction on July 16,1997.

The sisters Jacqueline 21 years old and Marijoy 20 years were taken to a house in Cebu City. They were raped in separated rooms by four of the boys. Marijoy was then taken to the city of Carcar and pushed off a cliff. She died from the fall. Jacqueline was taken back to the city her body has never been found. On May 5th 1999 judge Ocampo in Manila sentence the seven men to two life terms in prison.

Now, there is a twist in the case. Convicted rapist Francisco "Paco" Larranaga one of the gang of seven. Will be transfered to Spain to serve out his sentence. He by the way is the great grandson of the late President Osmena Sr. Is this justice? I will let you decide that for yourself. I do know this when this gang of seven faces the supreme judge Jesus Christ and the Chiong sisters, it will not matter who their family is or how much money they have.

The Anointed One

The anointed one wants to speak to the children in our schools. I am so tired of seeing this man on TV. Could he just visit a school somewhere around DC? Why do we have to have this big production of the anointed one giving advice to the kids? We the taxpayer will foot the bill on this one to. Some schools in Florida say the kids will be punished if they do not watch. Remember Florida, you have the power to vote the school board out of office.Is this a form of indoctrination? You will have to be the judge of that.Have a nice life and a happy Labor Day weekend.

I Told You So

This is a holiday weekend in the U.S. so, this will be a short post today as I will have a cook out. I was watching the morning news and it has been reported that Mr. Van Jones the Green Czar had resigned. This was not a surprise to me if you read my blog from a few days ago. I predicted that this would happen between Friday-Monday. Have you noticed that none of the main stream media has reported on this yet? Supports of Jones blame Fox News and Glen Beck. But let us tell the truth his big mouth got him fired! We do not need a convicted felon and a Communist anywhere near the White House! So in closing I wish you all a happy Labor Day! I hope Mr Van Jones has a nice weekend also and good luck in the unemployment line.Have a nice life.

Anguish And Compassion

I want to pick up where I left off Friday. A young Marine fell in battle mortally wounded. Julie Jacobson of the Associated Press was there and photograph his last moments. They were ask by the Dept. Of Defense and also the family of the young Marine not to publish the photos. Compassion is not a word that is in the vocabulary of the AP. This photo has cause anguish for the family of this American hero but this means nothing to Tom Curley the CEO of AP, It is just business as usual. I wonder if it was his son, would the AP have run the picture? This photo was run in at least 20 newspapers and also on the Internet by the Huffington Post. We must remember the main stream media NBC and MSNBC could care less about this country. These companies are very far left that they run with the clowns of George Soros. We all know what he stands for! Have a nice Labor Day weekend.

Common Decency

Common Decency are words which the Associated Press ignore the meaning of. The AP snap a photograph of a young Marine mortally wounded at the last moments of his life. You would think they would show some compassion for his family and not publish this photo. I can only imagine the pain and anguish this photo put His family through. But as usual, like the New York Times, the AP went right on and publish the photo. These people do not respect the military or our country. Have a nice day if you can after reading this.

Out With Charlie

Charlie Rangel is the reason why we should vote term limits on the members of Congress and the House. He is 79 years old and has been in office way to long. Two terms is long enough for anyone. When they stay longer, many insyances that they turn into corrupt! Let us use Charlie for an example. This is the man who is in charge of writing the tax laws. Can you believe he forgot to report ONE MILLION DOLLARS in outside income? Another THREE MILLION DOLLARS in business deals! On top of all of this, he is so arrogant and will not commit. So remember my friends, you can put a stop to all of this by voting all of them out of office next year.

Are there different kinds of homicide? Yes there is:
(1) innocent homicide
(2) criminal homicide.

Innocent homicide is also called Lawful Homicide and it may be justifiable or Excusable.

Criminal Homicide may be either murder or manslaughter.

The Living Will

What is a living will? It is a document that states that if you become so ill and will not recover. Your wish is that the doctor will not prolong your life by medical techniques. In some cases people have been in pain for many years with no hope of ever getting better.

Many states now have laws that will allow you to sign a LIVING WILL. This will give you the peace of mind you may die a natural death.

Civil Registrar Philippines

To continue your process to marry in the Philippines, file an application for a marriage license. This can be done at the Office of Civil Registrar. This will be located in the town or city where the parties are residents. You will file your Affidavit from the American Embassy there also. There could be up to a ten day waiting period for the marriage license. You may have a civil wedding or be married in the church, it is up to you and your partner.
