Tips/ Forms

Forms you will need for the K-1 Visa:

G-325A-Biographic information sheet.
I-129F-Application for K-1 Visa
I-134 form

Tips: You should make three full sets of your paper work when you finish it. Give to
immigration, your Fiance(e) for they will have to bring it to their interview at the American Embassy, and one for yourself.

Speaking of the interview, it depends on your Fiance(e) if she wanted you to be there with her. If she speaks English well, she might handle it on her own. Of not, you can be there too. It is very important that all the paper work is in order. If you answer yes to the questions and every thing is in order you would not have to be there. Good luck!

Note To Step Five

Just a short note to step five. When you bring your Fiance(e) to the U.S. You will have to be married within 90 days of there arrival. We can help you with this process. RMS can do the paperwork for you at a reasonable price depending on the country you are from. Just email us at ronmenno@yahoo.com for more information good luck.

You Have To Be White To Knock Down My Door

You are sitting in your living room watching tv and an add comes on showing a man knocking down the door of a usually helpless woman. Sometimes, she will have her child with her. This message is brought to you by Brinks which is now known as Broadview security. Now, there are many other adds on TV with the same theme but did you notice any thing strange about them? The bad guy in the add is always white! Wow, how can this be? Maybe, it is because the whole town is white. Maybe the security company does not know any black actors. Or maybe the company is not really living in our world where people vary in ethnicity good and bad. So just note this next time you are watching tv.

Step Four

Now, we go on to step four on K-3 visa vs K-1 which one do you choose to bring your loved one to the U.S? Should you marry in the country of your sweetheart or wait and bring them over on a Fiance(e) visa? From my experience, I would go with the K-1 because it is less complicated. If you marry in another country like I said in my previous steps, this will require more paper work. I also found a k-1 visa does go faster than the K-3. How long does it take? Well this is depending on the circumstances of your case. If you have completed the information correctly such as the correct address and phone number, there may have to be a security check done all of these things and it will slow down the process if the information is not filled out correctly.

Bill Maher

Bill Maher made a comment on the Larry King show last night saying, "America is a stupid country". Implying that America have stupid people. Well, he may be right because we are stupid enough to watch his show on HBO. So, I say wise up and do not watch Mr. Maher anymore. He also said white people where bad at sex and unattractive. I wonder if this gray haired idiot has looked in the mirror lately? He also says that there is no God and that he will find out on the day he passes. Guess, he may be in for a big surprise! As you know, there are no nonbelievers in Hell.

Step Three

So now, you are in the country of your sweetheart and having a great time and the idea comes into your head says... why not get married here, right? In most cases, this is not a good idea. Why you ask? Well most of the time, it is not easy to marry in a foreign country as you will need a lot of paper work which will take some time to gather. If you do this, you will have to bring your partner to the U.S. on a K-3 visa. On the other hand, if you file a Fiancee visa or K-1, this will be much faster. So, it is up to you K-3 vs K-1, its your pick. Tomorrow we will discuss both visas to help you make the right choice.

Step Two

Before you can proceed with any paper work there is a regulation that states the two people must have met in person within the past two years. So you probably will have to go to the country where your sweetheart is living. Remember to save all your receipts such as airplane tickets and hotel bills as proof you did visit your future wife or husband. Make sure your passport is stamped on entry into the country.Make sure you take many pictures on your trip as this is very important to your case. If you are traveling to the Philippines You should have your partner meet you in Manila at the airport it will make things much simpler. If you want to stay in Manila my choice of hotels would be the Bayview across from the U.S. Embassy. Also you may enjoy a visit to the Mall Of Asia it is the 7th largest mall in the world. I have used the travel agency Asia Rooms.Com to make my hotel reservations they are very good and if you have any problems they are right there to help.
