Another terrorist bites the dust. The world woke up this morning to the delightful news that Anwar al Awlaki is dead.

The American-born terrorist was killed in Yemen by an American hellfire missile. By terrorist standards he will become a martyr. By American standards is just another dead terrorist. If you are keeping score for the past few months it will read USA 2 terrorist 0. To reach the Super Bowl we have one more big fish to get the number two man of Al Qaeda whom I am sure is really looking over his shoulder today then we can concentrate on the smaller thugs and finished wiping out these useless people off the face of the earth. So the terrorists may be gone to his rewards with numerous virgins or he could be entering the gates of hell about now I would hope for the latter. There are several more American terrorist in this group let this be a warning you can run but you can't hide.

When To Buy

Is it a good time to buy a home? Many real estate experts say if you are looking for an expensive home now is not the time to buy. The reasoning behind this the prices will continue to fall in this economy. Some investors who have bought in affluent neighborhoods thought they had a bargain but prices have continued to fall and they now wish they had waited for the market to tank.

For example I have seen prices as low as $15,000 on a small efficiency condo and $44,000 on a three bedroom two bath home in the suburbs. If unemployment continues to rise the price of housing will continue to follow.

If you are searching for bargain you must look at the big picture can I purchase this property and make a profit on it as a rental or by flipping the property for a profit. You must research the property extensively to determine if you are getting a good price. Be sure to use a reputable real estate agent as they can keep you informed of the market prices and direct you to the property that surely is a bargain. They will also be able to run comparisons on the property in the neighborhood of where you would like to purchase. Good luck in your search there are still bargains out there.

Breast Cancer Awareness

My mother died of a breast cancer when I was in my 30's and all of us are devastated. My mother's battle of the disease hit us hard. That was the saddest moment of our lives. So, whenever I saw the breast cancer awareness products that bring back memories of my mom. I support all the breast cancer awareness campaigns by the private sectors as well as the government. In fact, I have a sticker displayed on the back window of my car showing my support of this cause. I am so dedicated to help spread the awareness campaign and the importance of early breast cancer detection. We all should support this type of campaign and advocacy because when they raise funds, they lobby for better care, more knowledge, and more patient empowerment.

Most of the funds which are raised for breast cancer awareness are spent on screening programs, research, education and treatment. According to the study, breast cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death in women after lung cancer. We need to support this cause and in our own little ways, we can make a difference. We honor those who have lost their battle by showing our support to the advocacy of finding the cure of breast cancer. Let us donate and fight this life threatening disease.

Bill of Rights

The first ten amendments to the Constitution is the Bill of Rights.

The Bill of Rights is the first 10 amendments to the Constitution. When the Framers wrote the Constitution, they did not focus on individual rights. They focused on creating the system and structure of government.

Many Americans believed that the Constitution should guarantee the rights of the people, and they wanted a list of all the things a government could not do. They were afraid that a strong government would take away the rights people won in the Revolutionary War. James Madison, one of the Framers of the Constitution, wrote a list of individual rights and limits on the government. These rights appear in the first 10 amendments, called the Bill of Rights.

Along the Gulf Coast

Since Monday, my wife and I were having a road trip to Mississippi. We stop over in Alabama and stayed a night in my friend's house. We had a good time in his farm. Then, we drive all the way to Mississippi. This is the Harbor in Ocean Springs Mississippi, a favorite place that I hang out.It is more than a year now since we left this place. I still prefer Orlando but, this awesome view is what I am missing mostly.There are so many shrimp boats in this harbor in fact, earlier today, I bought 20lbs of shrimps at $4 and it was a jumbo size.

This is the Harbor Landing, a bar and grill restaurant. My cousin and I used to hang out here for a beer and a good food. It is good to be here today.

What is an Amendment?

They did not want to make it too easy to modify the Constitution, the supreme law of the land. The Framers also did not want the Constitution to lose its meaning. For this reason, the Framers decided that Congress could pass amendments in only two ways: by a two-thirds vote in the U.S. Senate and the House of Representatives or by a special convention.

A special convention has to be requested by two-thirds of the states. After an amendment has passed in Congress or by a special convention, the amendment must then be ratified or accepted by the legislatures of three-fourths of the states. The amendment can also be ratified by aspecial convention in three-fourths of the states. Not all proposed amendments are ratified. Six times in U.S. history amendments have passed in Congress but were not approved by enough states to be ratified.
