Legal Agreement

Most people do not realize if they do not have a legal agreement defining family living arrangements if a problem comes up you are actually putting your fate in the hands of an outside party such as the courts.

It is in your best interest whether you are living together married or have a child on your own your legal rights can be easily decided by you in advance with just a little prior planning. To ensure that your desires and wishes are met you should come to an agreement with your partner and put it in writing. This will protect you if a dispute arises and you will be able to avoid going to court over it. There are some do-it-yourself forms that you can buy to draw up a legal agreement but the best course to take would be to see an attorney this is a simple document and should not cost very much.
