When you are applying a visitor visa to the United States. You must demonstrate that this visa is for a short period of time. Immigration officials view visa applications as a intending immigrant. That is why you must demonstrate that you are for real.

There are certain ways that you could prove you will only be in the country for approximately 90 days or six months. On your application state clearly the purpose of your trip such as for business, pleasure , or medical treatment. Have evidence of funds to cover all costs while you are in the country. Have some type of proof that you will be returning to your home country, such as ownership of a home, employment or a business in your home country.
