 What is the executor of a will? The executor of a last will and testament is the person who will administer the will according to your  written terms this person is sometimes referred to as a representative.  In choosing an executor of your last will you should make sure that you choose a trustworthy and responsible person for this important task.  In many cases it is a family member.
