Checklist for completing I-130/485 application

This is a list for U.S. Citizen you must have this paper work for your I-130/485.

  1. I-130 form completed and signed.
  2. Copy of passport,birth certificate, or naturalization certificate.
  3. Copy of marriage record by a civil authority.
  4. Divorce papers of all previous marriages.
  5. Death certificate if spouse died.
  6. G-325 form completed.
  7. I-864 affidavit of support signed and notarized.
  8. Federal Tax Return for the past three years.
  9. Proof of employment.
  10. 1 passport style photo.
