Checklist for completing I-130/485 application For Foreign National


  • I-485 completed and signed.
  • Birth certificate and full translation.
  • Fee for processing fingerprints.
  • G-325 form.
  • Divorce papers or death certificate for all previous marriages.
  • Copy of visa in passport proof of legal entry copy of I-94 card.
  • Optional completion of I765 form Employment Authorization.
  • 3 passport style photos .
  • I-693 Medical Examination form
