I hope this would never happen to you or anybody you know it is sad. A young man met his dream girl in South East Asia. He fell in love and after sometime she became pregnant with his child. He went back to the U.S. but sent for her by using the K-1 Visa. It was approve and his love came to the U.S. They now have 90 days to get married or she will have to go back to her country. Well the bride to be had an uncle living here she left her groom as the uncle told her they did not need her young man anymore to get the Permanent Residence card. He would get a lawyer an accuse him of abusing the girl. The charge was not true. Do you think the uncle's plan will work? The girl made a big mistake listing to her family member! To accuse someone of abuse you must have police reports of abuse,witnesses to things like he threw her out of the house,or saw the abuse. Her case would not hold any merit. Plus you have to marry the person who gave you the K-1 Visa or go home after the 90 days are up.So you reap what you sew. Have a nice life.
