Visa Question

Question:

You marry in another country and obtain a K-3 visa for your wife.Before you can come to the U.S. she informs you that she would like a divorce. Is she able to travel to the U.S. on the K-3 visa?

Answer:

Yes she can travel to the U.S. because the visa has already been issued.
