Zoning

Zoning regulations are usually set by the local government. It is not unusual for city and county governments to issue zoning regulations that restrict private land-use.

The main purpose for zoning regulations is to make sure living and working conditions in congested areas is well-regulated.. It prevents the liabilities of one property owner from interfering with the rights of others.

I will give you an example, suppose you have bought a beautiful beachfront home costing a considerable amount of money you can imagine how irritated you would be if someone came along and built a 711 next door to you , or a marina. Zoning is constitutional as long as the regulations are reasonable and benefit the public welfare. . Before building your dream home or business be sure to check on the zoning regulations of your city, county, or state.
