This morning while browsing my morning paper the Orlando Sentinel, I came across an advertisement in the real estate section entitled real estate preview. What caught my eye was an advertisement by Highland Homes. It seems that if you're in the market for a new home, NOW is the time to buy. The company offered $99 and it moves you in plus the closeout. It also went on to say that there were incentives at selected communities and the monthly payment was estimated to be $668 a month. Their homes started in the low 100's. If you were going to buy a house, this would be worth checking out where they have three location in Central Florida Leesburg, Davenport and St. Cloud. The home office for this company is in Lakeland Florida. They also have a website Highlandhomes.org so if you're looking for a house check it out you have nothing to lose.
