When I heard the news that the terrorist Awlaki had been taken out by a missile strike in Yemen I was very happy. This man was an American citizen and a traitor to our country his only goal in life was planning how to kill as many Americans as possible so I had no sympathy when given the good news he is no longer with us.
While watching the news this morning there are some libertarian politicians such as Ron Paul who were upset that we had killed this murdering terrorist. His opinion was we should have given him a fair trial because of his citizenship he claims he was denied due process. Is he crazy this man is running for president if he ever had any chance of being elected to that office it ended this morning. The American people are tired of opinions like this. This terrorist only goal in life was how to bring down the United States. He was an enemy combatant he got the proper due process he deserved. Let this be a lesson to future American-born terrorist the only thing waiting for you is a big BOOM that you will never hear. As for Mr. Paul he announced his retirement and hopefully in the near future we will not hear any more from him.
