If your home is being foreclosed on it is not the end of the world. I know people who have lost their home and once on their feet again were able to purchase another one.
One important thing that you must not do if your home is being foreclosed on is to damage it.. Once you have received your foreclosure notice and must vacate the premises . You should take your possessions such as your personal property and leave the premises.
You should never damage the house in a way or take any of the fixtures such as the air conditioner, ceiling fans, light fixtures ,or any of the permanent fixtures that belong to the house.. If you do take any of the items that go with the house or intentionally damage the property in any way you can be held responsible criminally and also end up in court being sued by the lenders. . This would be one of the last things you would want.
