It's Cheaper in the Suburbs

I am in the market to purchase a new home. So I have been doing my homework on the best possible price and neighborhoods.

After checking many real estate websites in search for my new home I have discovered that it is cheaper to purchase a home in the suburbs or surrounding towns. I was looking for a three bedroom two bath with at least a one car garage. I am looking in Florida so I know the prices here are much lower than that in most parts of the country. The state of Nevada is about the only place that might be a little bit more economical than Florida.

While shopping in the city of Orlando for example you may purchase a three bedroom two bath home on the low in about 90,000 to $125000. In the neighboring towns within 25 miles of the city the prices range from low $75,000-$95,000 for the same size house. I have found some with more amenities also such as a double car garage and even a swimming pool. So check with your real estate agent and have them look at the benefits of buying out of the city versus in the city.
